With all of this, the Chesterton real estate market in February still maintained their hold of home prices listed for sale in Chesterton Indiana.

Through the month of February 2011, Chesterton Indiana real estate had a median price for home listed for sale of $204,900.

While the average days on the market increased by 7 days over January 2011, the inventory actually reduced from 189 homes to 186 homes for sale in Chesterton Indiana.
