    Yes, the Chesterton Indiana real estate market is actually holding it’s own in this economy. The median listing price for homes from the beginning of 2010 to the end actually increased. With this, it is taking a little longer to sell the homes but they on average they are still selling at a higher price than a year ago. With the economy we see throughout Northwest Indiana and the rest of the state of Indiana, Chesterton Indiana buyers and sellers can have great faith that now is a great time to buy or sell.
